We support cash on delivery paid directly to the courier upon parcel delivery. You can also pay for your order via bank transfer to our company IBAN account. Card transactions are not processed on the website.

Delivery is handled by the courier service to the address you specify. In buildings without an elevator, the courier typically delivers to the building entrance or to the floor according to local courier policy.

In the event of an approved return of an unused product within 30 days, the amount is transferred to the bank account you provide. The refund is issued once we receive and inspect the sealed original packaging.

We issue commercial sales invoices for professionals and gyms. Simply enter your business details, VAT number, and tax office in the order notes field. Orders completed by 11:30 on business days are prepared promptly for dispatch.
