You have the right to return any supplement from Althos Nutrition within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Here you will find packaging requirements, instructions, shipping coverage, and refund procedures.
30-day refund guarantee
The return window lasts 30 days from the delivery date. It covers transit damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect shipments, or a simple change of mind.
Return conditions
- Damaged or defective supplement: we provide a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping fees. Please attach clear photos to your message.
- Incorrect product received: we send the correct supplement and collect the wrong item at our expense.
- Right of withdrawal: the item must remain intact, in its original factory packaging with the safety seal and label intact. You bear the return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are not refunded.
- Supplements with broken security seals cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
Return shipping procedure
- Within 30 days of receipt, send an email to [email protected] or call +30 165 499 812 with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the package arrived damaged.
- We will send you a return authorization number along with the relevant address within one business day.
- Place the item in its box, include the return authorization number inside, and seal the package securely.
- Ship the package to the destination address and email us the tracking code. Keep proof of postage until the refund is issued.
Refunds and processing time
We complete our inspection within 3 business days of delivery and notify you in writing. Refunds are processed using the original payment method: cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to your designated account, and bank payments to the corresponding account. Funds typically appear within 1-5 business days depending on the bank.
Exchanges and cancellations
To exchange for a different item, complete the return and place a new order. We refund the original product amount following physical inspection. Cancellations without charge are accepted prior to dispatch via email to [email protected] citing your order number.
