The trademark Althos Nutrition belongs to the company Althos Nutrition Ι.Κ.Ε., Αριστομένους 28, 241 33 Καλαμάτα, Ελλάδα. Full company details, registration information, and seller contact details are listed in the Legal Information section and in the order completion email. Product returns are accepted exclusively at the location indicated to you upon prior arrangement. Do not send parcels to any other address.

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age. Supplements and the platform are intended solely for private, non-commercial consumption, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to refuse, reduce quantities, or cancel an order due to an inability to verify information, insufficient stock, or suspected fraud, immediately refunding any amount paid.

All prices are stated in EUR. Shipping costs are calculated in detail at checkout before final confirmation. If an obvious pricing error is identified before the package is dispatched, we will inform you so you can choose between fulfilling the order at the corrected price or cancelling it at no charge.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

For deliveries to Greece, prices include applicable VAT. For orders shipped outside Greece, customs duties, taxes, and related fees are levied by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refusing delivery at customs is treated as a return, and any incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

We support payments via Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. No bank details or card data are stored on our website.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Order placement is completed upon checkout, at which point you receive a confirmation email with a unique order code. The sale becomes final only upon dispatch of the products and the sending of the relevant carrier handover notification. Until that point, we may refuse to accept the order, refunding the full amount.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

No orders are dispatched if the transaction fails or is not completed. In the case of cash on delivery, orders that remain unclaimed or are not collected by the customer are returned to our facilities and cancelled.

We collect only the data required to fulfill shipments, communicate with you, and ensure technical system security, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Tracker functionality is detailed in our Cookie Policy. Both documents are binding on the transaction as part of these terms.

Consume each product strictly following the instructions on its label, on the product page, and in the information leaflet. Keep products out of reach of children, unless the label specifies otherwise. Images correspond to the physical products. Any color variations on screen are due to display devices and do not constitute a defect.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store packages under the temperature and humidity conditions stated on their label. Do not consume products after their best-before or expiration date. Dispose of leftovers and packaging materials in accordance with local recycling guidelines.

The content of this website does not substitute for medical diagnosis, dietary guidance, or specialized advice. Detailed descriptions list the composition and dosage of each item without daily support claims. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or experiencing health issues, consult your doctor before use.

Listed offers apply only to purchases placed during their promotional period and cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated. Discount coupons must be entered at checkout prior to completing the transaction and cannot be added retroactively. Promotional gifts included with an order must be returned alongside the main item in case of withdrawal.

Shipping methods, transit times, and rates are detailed in the Shipping and Delivery section. Delivery estimates are calculated in working days from the moment of dispatch and represent realistic estimates rather than binding deadlines. Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in split shipments with separate parcels.

We remain responsible for the parcel until delivery by the courier to you or to an authorized recipient at your specified address. Thereafter, all risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Any visible damage incurred during transit must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours, along with photographic evidence. Please verify your address at checkout: packages returned due to inaccurate details or failure to collect will be refunded with actual shipping costs deducted.

You retain the right to return a product within 30 days of receipt, as outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to receive a return authorization number and send the parcel exclusively to the designated address. The refund applies to the net value of the product. Original shipping costs are refunded only in cases of a defect or fulfillment error on our part. Statutory consumer rights under applicable law remain fully in effect.

Each product conforms to the specifications stated on its product sheet and is delivered free of defects. Althos Nutrition I.K.E. guarantees the conformity of goods in accordance with the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994, ensuring that every product is authentic, bears clear distinct labeling, and retains its properties provided it is stored under the recommended storage conditions. Any product proven defective within the statutory protection period in your country will be replaced or refunded following inspection. Damage caused by improper storage, tampering with the packaging, or normal wear and tear after delivery is not covered.

Submitting fraudulent orders, interfering with the proper operation of our infrastructure, scraping customer data, or posting unlawful, misleading, or abusive content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend access in the event of a breach of these principles.

All texts, images, trademarks, and software on this website belong to Althos Nutrition Ι.Κ.Ε. or its licensors. You may view and print extracts for personal use. Any copying, resale, or public commercial exploitation requires prior written permission.

The website may contain links to third-party external pages. We do not control or guarantee their content, availability, or privacy practices. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of their views.

Published reviews come from verified product purchasers. They reflect individual usage experiences and do not promise identical results for every person. The digital platform operates on an current-availability basis. We continuously verify data accuracy, without committing to uninterrupted or error-free access. Obligations arising from product warranties remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Greek law, the company's total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the order or the amount of 100.00 €, whichever is lower. We accept full liability in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, and wherever mandated by statutory law. In all other contexts, our liability for damages is limited solely to direct and foreseeable loss arising from the contractual relationship.

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your culpable breach of these terms or from your content, to the extent provided by applicable law.

These terms are governed by Greek law and the relevant regulations of the European Union, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts of Athens. If a dispute is not resolved amicably through communication, the courts of the company's registered office shall have jurisdiction. Consumers also retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. Mandatory statutory provisions for consumer protection in your country of residence remain fully effective.

Order updates, invoices, and contractual notifications are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You must verify the accuracy of the address and check your spam folder. Any email delivered to this account is deemed legally received.

We reserve the right to assign rights or obligations under this agreement to a legal successor, without limiting your statutory warranties. The assignment of your rights requires our prior written approval.

Any failure on our part to immediately enforce a term or right does not constitute a waiver of its future enforcement.

If any term is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully in force. The invalid term will be replaced by a valid provision that reflects its original intent.

We reserve the right to deactivate accounts or reject new orders from users who breach this agreement. Shipments already in transit will be delivered as normal.

This document, the related operating policies, and the order confirmation constitute the entire agreement between us for each purchase. In case of translations, the text in the language of the website where the transaction took place shall prevail.
