Common questions
how to choose the right protein
The choice depends on your goal and your dairy tolerance. Whey protein isolate contains minimal lactose and dissolves quickly, making it ideal for immediate post-workout use. Each of our labels clearly states the protein percentage per serving.
what ingredients are on each label
Every Althos Nutrition product features a dedicated label with a complete nutritional panel. We list the exact grams per serving, the precise amino acid profile, and the origin of raw materials. We do not use proprietary blends or vague terms.
